Captain Cotton the Cat needs a home
I was rescued just in time! I was super thin, dirty and living in an apt. complex when a nice lady who does TNR found me. She was never able to find my owner but was kind enough to take me home. I became a favorite at her vet clinic. They think I am around 3-5. My foster mom realized I am a WATER CAT! So she called me Captain Cotton :-) I suprised her when I jumped in the shower with her. I LOVE the water. She is trying to get a video of me in the water so she can share it on here. More to come soon.
BREAKIG NEWS: Cotton was having some issues so foster mom took me to CTCH in RR. After exploritory surgery we found out I was NEVER neutered!!! It is a rare occurence when it looks like a male is neutered but is actually not (without being too graphic, I was "undescended"). I was rare and had both sides, called Bi-Lateral Cryptorchidism. The doctor said I will feel so much better! Foster mom is sooooooo happy. LIterally a brand new leash on life. I was alerady sweet, but now I will be out of control sweet because I will have no hormones running through my body ;-)
